Returns or not accepted since every item is handmade and made to order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized and handmade items or not returnable.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Refunds
No refunds/ partial refund may be acceptable if item comes damaged and  we are contacted the day item is received with a pictured detail of the item.
